ROCKLIN, CA (MPG) - 
Shanna Parker, Principal of Pathways Charter iCARE for the Placer County Office of Education, has been recognized by the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) Placer County Charter as the 2026 Continuation/Educational Options Administrator of the Year.

The Administrator of the Year category recognizes leaders who demonstrate exceptional commitment to student achievement and innovative programs. Shanna exemplifies what it means to lead with purpose, ensuring the diverse needs of students and school communities are not just acknowledged but fully supported.

As principal at PCOE’s Pathways Charter iCARE, Shanna leads a program designed to support students with unique academic and social-emotional needs. She ensures each student receives individualized guidance and resources, helping them succeed at their own pace and achieve their personal and academic goals.

The ACSA Placer County Charter (Region 2) annually recognizes outstanding school leaders for their dedication to public education.
