The Placer Superior Court has amended its Emergency Local Rules effective Monday, March 1, 2021. These rules remove the remote appearance mandate for family law settlement conferences and family law trials. Parties who wish to appear remotely for these types of matters may submit a request to appear remotely using form PL-CW010 available on the court’s website.
