Auburn, CA (MPG) - Charges were filed against Opada Joseph Opada in relation to the stabbing assault that occurred on December 10, 2019, at the Placer County Library in Auburn. Opada was charged with two counts of premeditated attempted murder related to two victims and a third count of assault with a deadly weapon related to a third victim. Mr. Opada was also charged with enhancements for the use of a weapon and causing great bodily injury.  Opada is currently being held without bail.
